The owners of Aldo’s Pizza and Pub approached me because they were not happy with their website or the service they were getting from their current web host and design company. Making simple changes to the text on the site was a long, drawn out process and they wanted to be able to make changes quickly and on their own.
The first step was moving their site to my own server at Dreamhost and setting them up with WordPress. Phase two involved setting on a design that spoke to them and creating a custom WordPress theme from it. The final stage was just a matter of filling the site with information and getting the training done.

Theme Options
I added a few options to the custom theme in order to allow them to change the text in the footer as well as to add feed, Facebook and Twitter icons and links with only a few clicks.
Below you can see a close up of the footer where the copyright text as well as where the icons are displayed.
