Design work ranges from full website design to banners to the occasional print work. Mainly this stems from using Adobe Photoshop but can include other software and the rare drawing or sketch.
Allison’s Birthday Invitations
With my little girl’s 2nd birthday party coming up I needed to put together a birthday invitation, little note to insert and of course a few thank you cards. This year, unlike last, I went with a minimalist design.
The New Lowcows.com
Along with a major overhaul of how Lowcows.com runs as a business a new website was needed. While it’s a project for my own benefit I knew the only way to get just what I was after was to treat myself as my own client. From start to finish, every aspect of the new site was done by hand – and I think that really made the difference.
Van Asten Tree Nursery
The Van Asten Tree Nursery was looking for a website that would allow them to take control their site’s content. They wanted something easy to use so that changes to the text could be done quickly without needing to learn how to manage the code behind the scene. A small list of requirements meant a lot of freedom with a very quick turn around time.
Aldo’s Pizza and Pub
Aldo’s Pizza and Pub needed a complete overhaul to their website and requested that it be set up so they could handle the content. The custom WordPress theme was based off their logo and background from their old site but now way more flexible. Both widget ready and containing options making updating the site a lot easier, I think the client was rather please to take back control of their website.
Joanie’s Cherished Creations
Joanie was looking for a web banner that could be used at her Etsy shop as well as elsewhere online. The design needed to reflect her crafting style which was a mixture of scrapbooking, card making and expanding into home décor.
Pat & Bal’s Fishing Show
The Pat & Bal’s Fishing Show website was long overdue for an update – for both design and usability. Starting from scratch with a new design that was converted to a custom WordPress theme, the site is back online and ready for content.
Project Photo
Project Photo was a website that I’ve been maintaining for a number of years to house my own personal photography projects. Originally hand coded in PHP and MySQL the conversion to run on WordPress was a great tool and learning experience.
